At Port Ferdinand, an array of culinary choices are available, from casual dining at The Quarterdeck Bar & Pizzeria to the finest of dining at 13°/59° Restaurant and Bar Lounge. No matter the location, genuine Barbadian hospitality and food with soul are present. Guests at Port Ferdinand also have access to the sister property Saint Peter’s Bay main restaurant, Gazebo Bar & Grill, located a mere 10 minutes away by car or 25 minutes away via the water taxi.

13/59 restaurant is a chef driven concept led by Chef Eric Drogueux formerly of Lagoon by world famous Chef Jean Georges, located inside the prestigious St Regis Bora Bora Resort in French Polynesia. Alongside with Maitre’D Edouard Boutin, they plan to bring an urban craft style restaurant with a touch of old world charm to the beautiful island of Barbados. The rest of the team is made up of passionate cooks and service professionals who have the culinary arts and strive to deliver the most genuine hospitable dining experience.

MENU:

The menu is reflective of Eric experiences and training as a cook in Europe and Polynesia, posing a strong French influence mixed with Mediterranean selections and hints of Asia inspiration. The kitchen is a secret place, bread and pastry are made in the morning, Mise en place are organized, preparation, seasoning and tasting in the afternoon, fired up to high heat throughout the night service, then the place cooled down till the next day.

WINE AND CRAFT BEER PROGRAM:

Come seat at the bar, on the outside lounge, or in our wine room to chat it up with friends and family. We offer a selection of 6 Caribbean Beers, Belgium, Mexico and the Netherlands. The wine list is organized by country: France, Italy, Spain, America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Chile. We have chosen wines by palate profiles broken down into categories, which go well with our menu.

Located within the 'Pool Island' of the Port Ferdinand marina, The Quarterdeck Bar & Pizzeria serves up light lunches and cool cocktails. Enjoy a meal ‘island-style’ from the edge of the infinity pool as you sunbathe, swim and soak in the scenic marina views.

The Gazebo Bar & Grill

Casual and chic, The Gazebo Bar & Grill at Saint Peter's Bay, offers a grand oceanfront view with simple and smart cuisine. It’s open air deck is also the perfect place on the island to watch the setting sun while sipping a handcrafted cocktail.
